ADVANTAGES OF OUR HDD MACHINES-

1. Joystick control for Rotary Motion and Thrust/Pullback motion gives smooth operation.

2. Rotary Motion and Thrust/Pullback Motion can be made Fast/Slow by operating Electrical Switches in the control panel which is easy to operate.

3. Mud Pump Motor can be operated by an Electrical Switch in the Control Panel.

4. The Hydraulic Pump supplying oil to the Mud Pump Motor can also be used (when the Mud Pump is off) for Clamp Cylinder operation. The same oil is diverted to the Thrust/Pullback Motors as additional oil to increase the flow required for faster thrust and pullback.

5. Front Clamp/Loose and Back Clamp/Loose operation is possible by operating two Electrical Switches in the Control Panel. 6. There is an Emergency Stop Switch in the Control Panel which on pressing disables all activities of the system. This is a safety feature of the system. 7. Tilting Angle Cylinders, Back Support Cylinders and Track Motors which are operated by their individual manually operated D.C. valves placed at the back side of the machine, can be operated only when an Electrical Switch in the Control Panel is in the on position. This provides a safety feature for the system.
